  I have had a long history of lower back injuries. I injured my back again at the end of last year and decided to try going to Roz at Chiropractic Balance after meeting her socially at a preschool music session. Roz was very professional, but caring and made a good assessment of the injury and what needed to be done to get me back moving again. She encouraged me to look after my whole health, which has definitely assisted me in getting back to full movement a lot quicker than we were both anticipating. She is now helping me to make sure I maintain good core strength to keep my back stable in the future. I can highly recommend Roz and her Chiropractic skills and the team at Chiropractic Balance.
