  I would not recommend dealing with this company. We found them rude, unhelpful and a pain to deal with. They kept forcing us to pay a 5K deposit and sign a consent form before even discussing the house. They wanted to charge us full price for a house that was advertised as ‘negotiable’ and then put ridiculous mark up’s on minor changes we wanted. We tried discussing and negotiating a price even with their horrible service and they all of a sudden said its ‘not negotiable’ and told us to go elsewhere. My husband and I are young and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of that. I don’t recommend them at all! Disappointed to say the least, I would have expected more from a company of this status.
