  Mel was friendly, down to earth yet incredibly professional to deal with. She kept us well informed and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We were given time and space to properly assess the property and put under no pressure to make a decision. She had a good relationship with the vendors and was at all times fair and trustworthy.
