  (I'd say 0 star really!) I Did an eye test there a couple of weeks ago, told the optometrist that I wanted contact lenses. However he insisted that I should purchase frame glasses first, 'for a week at least', before prescribing contact lenses, which sounds unreasonable to me. It seems that they only care about sales and do not listen to customers. I ended up going to a different shop, and got free contact lenses for trial. No Specsaver for me ever again!
