  Terrible service; stay far away if you don’t want to increase stress on an already stressful day. All was well when I made the booking couple of weeks before the move and was advised I’d be contacted on the day before move. But there was no comms whatsoever and I got too busy with packing and remembered to make the call only by 6.30pm the day before moving by which time they’d closed and there was no answer until about 10am on moving day which was an hour later the scheduled time for moving. I’d left numerous voicemails by that point. I gave up and luckily got cool moves to come and do the job for me.
