  Used to be my favourite place to eat. Now things have gone downhill
  Terrible customer service, they clearly don't want to be there. Food is very dry, rice not fresh and staff refuse to cut up the katsu and 90% of the meal is rice and hardly any meat. Note this is also not a once off experience. Very dissapointing will not be eating here again.
